A historic villa, built in 1926 in the heart of Jerusalem’s Talbieh neighborhood, recently sold for approximately 45 million shekels ($14.7 million). Known as “Villa Kataana,” it was built during during the British Mandate for a wealthy Christian family, opposite the Belgian Consulate.
