IDF orator Ronen Manlis told a Army Radio on Thursday morning that “the Iron Dome was not ostensible to prevent a rocket that landed in Eshkol on Wednesday evening. It was directed during an open area.”
Rocket sirens were sounded in a Urim and Patish communities located in a Eshkol segment of southern Israel late Wednesday night after a week of relations calm; thousands of families were rushed to circuitously explosve shelters.
