Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman on Thursday pronounced he was unmotivated with remarks by U.S. President Donald Trump and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that signaled openness to a investiture of a Palestinian state.
“The Palestinian state simply does not seductiveness me,” Lieberman said. “I am meddlesome in a Jewish state, and there are many problems here that are some-more strident than only slogans. The fact that in Israel there is a 20-percent Arab race that goes out time and again to demonstrations and protests with Palestinian flags and not with Israeli flags – we have a problem [with that]. That’s a categorical problem.”
Speaking with reporters during a Quneitra limit channel in a Golan Heights, Lieberman also called Syrian President Bashar Assad a “war criminal” who is “not a friend,” though he combined that it’s “not a business.”
“We pronounced from a commencement that we have no seductiveness in nosiness in a polite fight within Syria and we have never intervened,” Lieberman said. “What interests us in ensuring a confidence of Israel’s citizens.”
