Macron urges discourse with Iran, says US, Israeli comments heading trail to war

PARIS – French President Emmanuel Macron on Wednesday pronounced it was critical to say dialog with Iran, warning that a tinge of comments adopted by a United States, Israel and Saudi Arabia towards Tehran was probably a trail to war.

“The central line followed by a United States, Israel and Saudi Arabia, who are the allies in many ways, is roughly one that would lead us to war,” Macron told reporters.

The line being taken was “a counsel plan for some,” he said.

France, he said, wanted to say some balance.

“Otherwise, we finish adult secretly rebuilding an ‘axis of evil’,” he said, referring to a criticism by former U.S. President George W. Bush, who once used that tenure to report countries including Iran, Iraq and North Korea.

Macron also pronounced he would usually revisit Iran if there was a lapse to ease and honour for freedoms.
