Shin Bet arrested Arab-Israelis and Palestinians for suspected smuggling of cellphones to confidence prisoners in a West Bank on Thursday according to a Shin Bet’s Spokesperson’s Unit.
The “phones capacitate militant operatives to allege their efforts,” the Shin Bet’s Spokesperson’s Unit said. “By preventing this smuggling, we prevented continued militant activity.”
During an try to filch phones into a jail with a drone, a worker mislaid control and crashed opposite a jail wall. The police intercepted a package of 60 cellphones. Those receiving a cellphones were convicted of terrorism or compelling militant activities.
Some of a suspects were held during Nafha Prison.
The suspects allegedly smuggled phones into a prisons between 2016 and 2018 around drones. The worker operations were concurrent with a prisoners around cellphones who would arrange a dump off indicate and filch a cellphones into a prison.
