Shin Bet arrests 7 suspects for bootlegging cellphones to confidence prisoners
Shin Bet arrested Arab-Israelis and Palestinians for suspected bootlegging of cellphones into prisons on Thursday according to the Shin Bet’s Spokesperson’s Unit.
The suspects allegedly smuggled phones into a prisons between 2016 and 2018.
The Israeli Security Agency intercepted a package of 60 cellphones. Those receiving a cellphones were convicted of terrorism or compelling militant activities.
