Syrian Kurdish YPG company denies Turkey has encircled Afrin center

The Syrian Kurdish YPG company denied on Friday that Turkish infantry had besieged Afrin town, after Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan pronounced a troops had surrounded a core of Afrin.

“The army of Erdogan’s Turkish army … are 10 to 15 km divided from it,” YPG orator Nouri Mahmoud said.
