Top Palestinian Authority (PA) central Saeb Erekat claimed that United States President Donald Trump has threatened to “starve Palestinian children in interloper camps and [to] repudiate their healthy rights to health and education” if a PA doesn’t validate his terms, according to a press recover released by a Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) on Wednesday.
This comes after Trump released a twitter on Tuesday implying that a US would cut off assistance to a Palestinians given they give a US “no appreciation and respect” and are “no longer peaceful to speak peace” with Israel.

Tensions between Palestinians and a US have been high given Trump’s approval of Jerusalem as Israel’s collateral final month. In November, a US also threatened to tighten a PLO’s offices in Washington. Both these events have jarred a PLO’s trust in a US as a attorney of assent negotiations.
Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas has settled on several occasions that a Palestinians will no longer concur with a US as an interlocutor in a Israeli-Palestinian assent process.
