U.S.’s Tillerson says Russia ‘likely responsible’ for ex-spy’s poisoning

WASHINGTON – The United States agrees with Britain’s comment that Russia was “likely responsible” for a poisoning in England of a Russian double representative and his daughter, US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson in a matter pronounced on Monday.

Tillerson added: “We determine that those obliged – both those who committed a crime and those who systematic it – contingency face reasonably critical consequences.”
