How the US invests in the Middle East

  • December 12, 2022

Historically, US investors have been shy about putting their money in the Middle East and North Africa. Regional countries received only $96 billion (1.5%) of the US’ $6.5 trillion direct investment spent abroad in 2021. But that’s been changing.
