Putin says breeze UN fortitude to permit Syria ‘inappropriate’

MOSCOW – Russian President Vladimir Putin pronounced on Tuesday a breeze UN Security Council fortitude put brazen by Western powers to permit Syria’s supervision over a purported use of chemical weapons was inappropriate.

The Security Council will opinion after on Tuesday on a fortitude drafted by France, Britain and a United States to anathema a supply of helicopters to a Syrian supervision and to blacklist Syrian troops commanders.
