PM Netanyahu chairs discussion on ways to maximize scientific capabilities in dealing with the Coronavirus

Prime
Minister Benjamin Netanyahu today (Sunday, 15 March 2020) chaired a discussion
with leading experts on additional ways to deal with the Coronavirus. Under
consideration are ways to maximize scientific capabilities in order to advance
the ability to deal with the Coronavirus.

Among
those participating in the discussion are the head of the National Security
Council, the head of the Health Ministry Public Health Service, the director of
the main Health Ministry virus laboratory, the head of the Kupat Cholim Clalit
Research and Policy Planning Department, the head of the Biological Institute,
the head of the Defense Ministry Administration for the Development of Weapons
and Technological Infrastructure, the President of the Weizmann Institute and
the chairman of the Economy and Industry Ministry Innovation Authority.​
