Koreas deliberating probable non-aggression pledge

SEOUL – North and South Korea are deliberating a probable non-aggression oath by a United States to a North and a start of assent covenant talks to residence Pyongyang’s confidence concerns before a North Korea-US summit, a comparison South Korean central pronounced on Sunday.
